Rail fence, ranch style perimeter.
Two, three, or four horizontal rails for property lines, decorative perimeters, and large lots where solid privacy is not the goal.

Rail fence basics
Rail fencing is the simple horizontal post and rail design that defines property lines without enclosing the yard. Wulff Fence builds rail fences in two, three, or four rail configurations across Winter Park, Apopka, and the rural lots common to the western edge of Orange County.

When rail fits
Rail works on larger lots, decorative front yards, and waterfront properties where you do not want a solid panel. It pairs well with picket fence at the front and a stretch of semi private at the back. For full security or pet containment, chain link or solid panel privacy is the better call.

Posts and the standard
Every rail fence post goes 3 feet deep in concrete. That is the consistent standard regardless of how many rails sit between posts.
What we handle
We pull the permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking before we dig. If a marked line is damaged, the utility company repairs it at no cost. From new rail installs to fence repair, we handle the full fence installation service. We also build dog runs and weld ornamental wrought iron. Read more about Wulff Fence.

How does a Wulff Fence install actually work?
Every job runs the same three step arc. No mystery, no surprises on install day.
-
Step 01
Free on site estimate
Austin walks the property, measures the run, checks setbacks and utility marks, then hands you a written price. That price does not move on install day.
-
Step 02
Built on site, post by post
Every post set 3 feet deep in concrete. No prebuilt panels dropped in from a truck. The line follows your actual grade instead of fighting it.
-
Step 03
Warranty and walkthrough
Lifetime manufacturer warranty on PVC, aluminum, and chain link. One year workmanship warranty on every install. We walk the finished job with you before we leave.
