PVC vinyl pickets ship in white or tan and skip the maintenance entirely. For homeowners who want the picket look at the back of the yard with privacy in front, we mix styles. Every picket fence post goes 3 feet deep in concrete, just like the rest of our installs. That depth keeps the line straight through Florida storms and the soft sandy soil common across Central Florida.

We pull the permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking before we dig. If a marked line is damaged, the utility company repairs it at no cost.
